Why: Teen Health is partnering with Step by Step Learning Centre, Accessible Hope International to raise awareness and support their continued work advocating for individuals with disabilities around the world.
About the Organizations
Step by Step Learning Centre
A non-profit organization in Arusha, Tanzania serving students and adults with various disabilities, ranging from autism, cerebral palsy, Down’s Syndrome and other learning and physical difficulties. SSLC provides high quality special education and job training for students in all stages of their development.
Accessible Hope International
A US-based nonprofit resourcing indigenous organizations across Africa and Asia which are focused on wholistically empowering people with disabilities. Accessible Hope International envisions a future in which people with disabilities live as full and valued members of their families and communities.
