Iceland Overland & Fat Bike Tour

September 19-26, 2023 / A Unique View of the Highlands of Iceland
Join us- or sponsor a teen- for a guided trek where we will overland 4x4 and fat bike cycle from North to South (approximate 267 miles) with pitstops at remote huts with geothermal pools- this is an adventure not to be missed. This is put on by Teen Health's Sports & Charity Club- and is a fundraising event to support food programs we run ( with support of our partners) in NYC and LA areas.
Tour Summary
Iceland Overland Tour:
9/19 Day 1 - Fly into Keflavik Airport (KEF). Enjoy the afternoon/evening to rest and explore. Head up to Akureyri
9/20 Day 2 - Overland and fat bike across the beautiful Iceland highlands...
9/21 Day 3 - Continue to bike your way South as you surface of the moon like gravel roads ....
9/22 Day 4 - Head over to the Volcano Huts for 4x4 and fat bike river crossings. Experience geothermal pools.
9/23 Day 5 - Explore Þórsmörk, the Valley of Thor.
9/24 Day 6 - Head down to the black sand beaches near Vik along the Southern Coast.
9/25- Saying goodbyes at the end of the tour- heading back home.
